Oh sorry I haven't gotten back til now. Got caught up with new products and Probs with SL.
That Symbol is actually the Box. You actually need to rez (or wear)the box and right click "Edit" and look into its contents to extract the "Sex Anyone HUD" by dragging it to your inventory.
