One of my better shops, have been taken back by owner. . . :(Was partly my fault though. I had my APEZ.BIZ lease set to auto-extend, but somehow it didn't work and now the owner has taken it back, selling SL versions of famous RL licensed sports wear.
I spoke to the owner. He was nice enough. He said that the rent he was charging was "too cheap" and he's not renting out anymore. I hope he will come around and see the big picture and realise he needs more interesting shops and let me rent in that cosy corner again.

Lesson learnt: don't trust auto-extend... manually pay it yourself!!
PS - Excellent rental spot!! was one of the better shops for my products.
